How long does it take to despatch my order?Updated 2 months ago

We aim to have all orders placed before 11:59am - Monday to Friday, despatched on the same day. For orders placed on the weekend or a public holiday, we will have these despatched on the next business day.

Occasionally this time frame may change when we receive a substantial increase in orders (long weekends, retail events). We will always update customers of any major delays via our social media channels.
