How do I track my order?Updated 2 months ago

All orders within New Zealand are sent via tracked courier with Post Haste Couriers (a member of the Freightways Group). International orders are despatched with DHL or NZ Post.

Once your order has been despatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Pik n Mix Lollies. This will have all of your tracking details. Click the tracking number in the email to be taken to the Track and Trace page. Alternatively, you will find a teal-coloured button titled "Click here to track your order" This will also take you to the relevant tracking page.
