How long does it take to despatch my order?Updated 2 months ago

We aim to despatch all orders placed before 11:59am - Monday to Friday, on the same day.

For orders placed after Midday (12pm) on a Friday, or on a weekend or public holiday, we will despatch these on the next business day.

Occasionally, this time frame may change when we receive a substantial increase in orders such as after a long weekend or retail event.

We will always update customers of any major delays via our social media channels.

Orders placed with the payment method of Bank Transfer will be despatched once confirmation of payment is received into the Pik n Mix account.
