Why has my parcel tracking not updated?Updated 10 months ago

Post Haste tracking DOES NOT update when your parcel is moving through their sorting facilities.

You will only receive a notification when:

1) Your order has been despatched (sent by Pik n Mix Lollies)

2) Your order has been picked up (sent by Post Haste/Freightways)

3) Your order has been loaded on the local vehicle out for delivery (sent by Post Haste/Freightways)

4) Your order has been delivered (sent by Post Haste/Freightways). If your address is Non-Urban/Rural, you may receive an SMS message when the parcel is delivered to the rural delivery agent, not when it was delivered to your door.
